A risk-based arrangement for the chance to win money, entered into by participants under fixed and published rules. - Betting
A type of gambling in which the result depends on an external event with an uncertain outcome. - Bet
Funds in cash or electronic form placed by a participant (Client) as confirmation of their decision to take part in gambling under the stated rules. - Gambling Organizer (Betting Company)
Bizbon N.V., operating the Mostbet brand. The company holds gaming licence No. 8048/JAZ2016-065 issued in Curaçao. - Client
A natural person who places bets on event outcomes. Legal entities cannot register or act as Clients. - Outcome
The final result of an event on which a bet has been made. - Betting Line (Sports)
A list of events and possible outcomes offered for betting, each with specific odds. - Winnings
Money or other property transferred to the Client after a successful bet is settled according to these rules. - Odds
A numerical indicator of the probability of a particular outcome, used to calculate the payout amount for a winning bet. - Bet Cancellation / Refund
A change of odds to 1 (one) in specific situations, which leads to a full refund of the stake. - Regular Time
The officially stated duration of a match, including added time but excluding extra time, overtime, penalty shootouts and similar procedures, unless stated otherwise. - Personal Account
The online interface where the Client can log in, place bets, track transactions and manage account settings through an internet browser or mobile app. - Authorization Data
Details required for Client login and verification (for example, username and password). In some cases, additional documents or data may be requested.
Understanding and Participation
Clients in Pakistan should carefully read and understand all terms, especially given that betting and gambling are restricted under Pakistani law. Before placing any bets, Clients should:
- Ask for clarification about any rule, event or game that is not fully clear.
- Contact the support team if additional information is required.
- Refrain from placing bets or using games until they fully understand the conditions, risks and legal status in their jurisdiction.
Mostbet does not accept responsibility for actions taken by Clients who have not understood the rules, the betting conditions, or the possible legal consequences in Pakistan.
Theoretical Return to Client
The term “Theoretical Return to Client” (TRTP or RTP) may be displayed on the website. It represents a calculated percentage of stakes that is theoretically returned to Clients over a very large number of rounds or spins. This is a statistical indicator only. It does not guarantee any particular return for a single Client or a specific session.
Actual results can differ strongly from the stated value: some Clients may record wins, others may lose all funds wagered, regardless of the published RTP.
By continuing with betting activities, Clients confirm that they have read these definitions and terms, that they understand the risks involved, and that they agree to participate only under the specified rules and in line with the laws that apply in Pakistan.
